After the release of the well anticipated Samsung note 7, there were some explosions of the phone and this led to lots of people suggesting various reasons for the explosions. However, Samsung did not comment till now.

Finally, Samsung says that the explosions of their note 7 was due to the battery and it happened when the positive and negative battery cells came into contact.
The good news here is that 96% of the note 7 that Samsung managed to sell have all been returned.
To solve this problem so it doesn’t happen again, Samsung has opted for a solution called the”8-point battery safety check “for all their devices which they highly believe would solve the problem to a very large extent.

 


 Samsung encourages all other competitors in the industry to also try this “8-point battery safety check ” to ensure the safety of the phones they sell.
